I've installed Ghost chat on the server as of yesterday. I figure since we have alltalk enabled, we might as well enable ghost chat so everyone can see if someone types while alive/dead. To my knowledge, this only works for regular chat. Team chat is still only visible by your team who is alive if you are alive, or who is dead if you are dead.
